Spok began with a question.
"If you could wave a magic wand, what would you have AI do?"
This was in January 2024, when it seemed like everyone dabbling in artificial intelligence was simultaneously ahead of and behind the adoption curve at the same time. Our team's only certainty was that within the next 5 years, the most successful companies will be those who integrate AI first, and those who do it best. So when our cofounder, Andy, asked his magic wand question, the response was, "we would have AI do the scavenger hunt."
"The scavenger hunt" refers to the time-consuming process of analyzing relevant data sources so marketers and business leaders can make informed decisions that drive ROI and growth. Also known as, "making data-driven decisions."
