Spok is connected to a variety of third party data providers that support functions such as researching keyword volumes, and browsing the web to answer your questions.

Spok uses your website URL provided during a brief onboarding flow to scrape relevant information and inform it's results. You can view and update your businesses' information for better personalization at any time in Settings.

Spok learns about your business by looking at your website, as well as your businesses' presence across the internet. You also have the option to tailor what Spok knows about your business during onboarding or anytime in your settings.

Any proprietary information used within Spok is secured within your own account.

We understand many people handle marketing for multiple businesses. Currently each Spok account is highly personalized to a single business, which is determined during Onboarding and editable in Settings. However, we are currently exploring additional features for Enterprise users. Please reach out if you are interested in learning more about Spok for Enterprise.

Yes, you can prompt and generate images in Spok Chat.

While all these tools return keyword suggestions and generate search-optimized content, Spok was made to acknowledge the strategic reality that a blog post or landing page just doesn't cut it anymore. Instead, Spok recommends keywords based on your business, your customers, and search intent. Then Spok recommends an action plan based on the SERP, which could include anything from paid ads to affiliate marketing to YouTube content to creating featured snippets. Whatever it takes to rank.

Access your settings by clicking on your profile circle at the top-right corner when logged in to Spok. You can either input your edits manually, or add a URL and select "refresh". The refresh button will use AI to learn and populate your settings with your updated business details. You can always manually edit any details that need refining as well. Make sure to hit "save" at the bottom of Settings before navigating back to Chat.

There is a "give feedback" button in the top-right of Spok, where you can report bugs.
