How is Spok different from other LLMs?

Spok combines the creativity and reasoning of LLMs with real-time information to return data-driven, actionable answers to your questions. This is achieved with four inputs:

  • First party data (your business). Spok creates an understanding of your business based on your URL or provided information, which includes your industry, competitors, and customer segments.
  • The internet. Spok gets a daily update of the entire internet, which it then treats as a large, unstructured dataset to mine for insights.
  • Third party data (Web APIs). Because the regular internet isn't enough, Spok also accesses web APIs to  provide recommendations backed by reputable data, and we are adding more sources all the time.
  • Marketing expertise. We layered our own special sauce on top of it all, to give Spok an edge that you won't find anywhere else.
